These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.101bounce.com and any related digital platforms, streaming services, promotions, mobile features, social media integrations, or online services associated with the 101.1 The Bounce KZCE-FM radio station (collectively, the “Services”), which are owned and operated by Sierra H Broadcasting, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
