OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win (except message and data rates may apply). A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

DESCRIPTION

The Sierra H Multimedia Disneyland Resort Holiday Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”) begins on Monday, August 31, 2026, and runs through Friday, September, 18, 2026, between the hours of 8:00 AM Arizona Time (MST) and 6:00 PM Arizona Time (MST). The Promotion is being conducted by Sierra H Multimedia and its participating radio stations, KZCE-FM. Each participating station will award one (1) daily prize of a family four pack of tickets consisting of; four (4) 2-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland® Resort tickets good for admission to Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park, valued at $1,340.00

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Maricopa, Pinal, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Coconino, Pima, Mohave, Navajo, Yavapai, and Yuma Counties who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, as of the date of entry (“Contestant”).

Employees, directors, and officers, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, children, and their spouses), and household members of Sierra H Multimedia, participating sponsors (if any), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, service providers, advertising and promotion agencies, and companies involved in the design, implementation, and execution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), as well as employees of other radio stations in the metropolitan areas of the participating stations and members of their immediate families or households, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win.

This Promotion is governed by Arizona law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and possessions, including overseas military installations, and wherever prohibited by law.

Contestants are required to provide truthful information. Sierra H Multimedia reserves the right to reject and delete any entry it discovers to be false, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant with these Official Rules.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion: via the station mobile app or online.

Listeners must listen to a participating station each weekday during the Promotion Period at designated contest times between8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Arizona Time (MST), when a Keyword will be announced. Upon hearing the Keyword, listeners may enter the Keyword via the station mobile app or online no later than sixty (60) minutes after the Keyword is announced.
Each entry window will closesixty (60) minutes after the Keyword is announced, regardless of when the Keyword airs (each an “Entry Period”). Each participating station reserves the right to announce the Keyword between the first one (1) and fifteen (15) minutes of any contest hour.

Only one (1) entry per person, per Keyword is permitted, regardless of the method of entry. The randomly selected Contestant must be available at the time of Sierra H Multimedia’s call to be eligible to win.

Mobile App Entry

To enter via mobile device, upon hearing the Keyword, enter the Keyword through the station’s mobile app during the applicable Entry Period. Standard message and data rates may apply. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any fees or charges incurred in connection with mobile entries.

The mobile app entry method is designed to work with most iPhones, iPads, Android tablets, and Android phones through major wireless carriers in the United States; however, Promotion Entities make no guarantee that any wireless device or service provider will support participation.

Entrants should consult their wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. Entry via mobile app will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

Online Entry

To enter online, upon hearing the Keyword, visit the participating station website:

Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online entry form during the applicable Entry Period.

Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

Entrants may enter only once per Entry Period, regardless of entry method.Additional entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promotion Entities.
In the event ofan equipment malfunction, Sierra H Multimedia reserves the right to award the prize to a randomly selected runner-up entrant from the applicable entry pool.
Online listeners accessing streamed broadcasts may experience delays due to buffering limitations.Entrants should not rely on streamed broadcasts to participate, as they may be disadvantaged in time-sensitive contests.
PRIZES

No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred, redeemed for cash, or otherwise exchanged except at the sole discretion of the Promotion Entities.

Each participating station will award one (1) daily prize of a family four pack of tickets consisting of; four (4) 2-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland® Resort tickets good for admission to Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park, valued at $1,340.00

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a prize, are solely the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION

Potential winners will be selected in random from eligible entries received by each participating station. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sierra H Multimedia will conduct random drawings from among eligible mobile app and online entries that correctly submitted the announced Keyword during the three-week promotional period. One (1) daily prize winner from each participating station will be selected and contacted by Sierra H Multimedia.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sierra H Multimedia may notify potential winners by telephone, followed by email correspondence if necessary. Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within five (5) days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited.

At the time of contact, the potential winner may be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility, including full name, address, phone number, and date of birth.

Sierra H Multimedia will attempt to contact the selected entrant up to four (4) times following the drawing. No voicemail messages will be left. If the potential winner does not answer, is disconnected, or is otherwise found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate entrant may be selected.

By participating, entrants consent to being contacted by phone using the number provided through the entry process. Any charges incurred from receiving calls or messages are the sole responsibility of the entrant.

CONDITIONS
Byparticipating, Contestants agree to release the Promotion Entities, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sierra H Multimedia and participating stations the right to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, voice, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

Winners may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9.

Any attempt by a contestant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website, tamper with the entry process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, promotion entities reserve the right to cooperate in the prosecution of any such individual(s) and to pursue all remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall notconstitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Promotion is not able to be executed as planned (in whole or in part), due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes which in the opinion of Administrator and/or Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Administrator and/or Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or Contestant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the event of any cancellation, termination, or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at the stations website and/or the event(s) and determination of the prize winner will be made from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation or suspension, as Administrator and/or Sponsor determines in their sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.
Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $500 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other commonly owned stations in the Station’s market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $500 or more. Failure tosubmit a completed Form W-9 or equivalent upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $500 or more will be reported to the IRS.
Participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of prize constitutes entrant’s and/or winner’s agreement to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sierra H, the Promotion’s sponsor(s), the participating radio stations, their licensees, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and participating sponsors, and their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion, including but not limited to any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy and prize delivery.
Sierra H Multimedia’sfailure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of this provision. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Sierra H, including any force majeure event or other event of local or national importance, any segment of the Promotion is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, Sierra H reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. Further, the Released Parties are not responsible if any part of a Promotion prize that cannot be awarded due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or other factors beyond the Released Parties’ control.
Contestants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from the rejection of an entry given Sierra HMultimedia’s belief that the contestant was abusing or tampering with the Promotion entry process in any manner or due to any technical malfunction of the telephone or network transmission line or any entries that are late, delayed, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, corrupted or otherwise not in compliance with the rules or applicable law.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize; (ii) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, failure, or omission; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, equipment malfunctions, disconnections, or other technological failures, dropped calls or interruptions; (v) misdirected, misdialed, incomplete, incorrect, or late mobile text or website entries; and (vi) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or omissions whatsoever by any transportation providers or any other persons or entities providing any services to winner(s) including any results thereof such as changes in services or location necessitated by same.
Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to the conflicts oflaws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Arizona.
Theme parktickets must be used prior to September 15, 2027. Terms and conditions as set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply. Theme park tickets may not be sold, transferred for commercial use, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. No substitutions. An inability to use any tickets will result in forfeiture of such tickets. Block-out dates may apply. No extensions will be granted.
Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date arerequired for park entry for the winner and each Guest. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and not guaranteed. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Winner and Guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates to make park reservations and to learn about important details to know before visiting the Disneyland Resort.
Prize will not include the following: transportation to/from the Premises; insurance (health, travel, medical); parking fees; hotel accommodations; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; incidental expenses; local orlong distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges; any taxes; or any other charges or items not explicitly included herein.
Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences,services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media.
A winner may not charge any Guest forparticipating in the prize. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Promoter or Disney.
Any damaged,lost or stolen theme park tickets will not be replaced.
Federal,state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Promoter will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner.
Promoter is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including travel.
Aninherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By accepting and using the prize and visiting the Premises, the winner and guests voluntarily assume all risks related in any way to exposure to COVID-19, and any other communicable or infectious disease. The winner and guests must comply with all theme park rules and regulations, including any public health restrictions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the prize. Disney reserves the right to remove or deny entry to the winner and/or any of the guests who do not comply with any health restrictions imposed by any government, or Disney. The winner and guests are also responsible for understanding and complying with any COVID-19 travel restrictions. Before visiting, each guest should visit Disneyland.com/Updates to view important information about park reservations, limitations on benefits, features, experiences and offerings, safety measures and other information. There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Premises. The winner and their Guests are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Premises.

All disputes arising out of or relating to any prize provided by Disney shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, withoutresort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
