The new Hannah’s Secret Popstar Refresher is built from a Strawberry Açaí Refresher and adds raspberry syrup and raspberry cold foam, creating a bright pink drink meant to match the show’s pop-star energy.
That choice set off a wave of reactions online. Fans pointed to a memorable detail from the series: Hannah Montana famously disliked raspberries after a childhood pie-eating contest left her sick. Because of that storyline, many viewers said the drink feels like an inside joke that missed part of the show’s own history.
The refresher is available through early April and can be ordered through the Starbucks app or customized in stores. The launch also arrives alongside anniversary programming for the Disney Channel hit, adding another layer of nostalgia for fans who grew up with the series.
